Customer Service:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide product information and answer customer queries.
Help customers find products that meet their needs.
Handle complaints or redirect them to appropriate staff.
Sales Support:

Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Process cash and card payments at the point of sale.
Wrap and package customer purchases.
Product Management:
Replenish stock on the shop floor and organize displays.
Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to managers.
Tag and label merchandise.
Operational Tasks:
Open and close the store according to company procedures.
Follow company policies and security procedures.
Assist in stocktaking and inventory checks.
Coordinate with the warehouse for incoming stock.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other team members to meet store goals.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
