Job Requirements

• Candidate should possess a Professional Certificate, Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication), Computer Science / Information Technology.
• Preferably at least 3 years of related working experience.
• Preferably Non-Executive specializing in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in English and Malay, both spoken and written.

• Responsible for managing and maintaining CMC’s Microsoft AD and MS 365 environment.
• Provide support for the company's internal users.
• Perform IT functions as assigned by the company.
• Responsibilities include administration, planning, patching, securing, and troubleshooting issues related to MS AD, MS 365 application suite, and server systems within the organization’s IT environment.
• Manage Windows servers and related technology tools.
• Monitor system performance and maintain systems according to organizational requirements.
• Identify errors and issues within the existing infrastructure to ensure optimal system performance.
• Perform firmware or system upgrades and updates.
