Responsibility:
To ensure the adherence of credit control policy for all credit with firm commitment release to minimize exposure of credit risk for Group level.
To execute credit control functions by preparing credit control meeting’s paper and reports, issuing letter of reminders, casting overdue interest, maintenance of credit file, stamping of PG and daily credit control support.
To prepare various credit control reports on requisite interval period and distribute to related part.
To consistently review, maintain and update debtor’s database and assess credit worthy.
To follow up with branch/sales manager on long outstanding debts.
To implement procedures for debts recourse and to ensure immediate rectification action to recover the debts on time.
To ready daily collection reports for Group level.
To co-operate with any safety & health activities or campaigns organized by the company as well as to obey or to enforce company’s Safety & Health rules and regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or Degree holder in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Credit management, debt recovery, legal, credit risk evaluation skills are essential.
Independent and able to interact with all levels of staff.
Self-motivated, possess good analytical skills.
Able to work under tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
Good in mathematics.
Proficient in Chinese and English language is an essential.
Advantage will be given to those with experience in credit control field and ERP environment.
