Job description

Finance Manager/Senior Accounts Executive/Accounts Executive - Corporate Finance

Reporting to the Group Chief Accountant, the responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and full set accounts.
  2. Preparation and reconciliation of monthly income schedules to identify income for project costing and management accounts.
  3. Updating inventory of stock purchases for project costing analysis and stock inspection.
  4. Handling posting and processing of entries to ensure proper recording of all business transactions.
  5. Prioritizing month-end close duties and meeting deadlines.
  6. Preparing reconciliations for all balance sheet items and control accounts.
  7. Preparing year-end audit and tax schedules as required.
  8. Managing AR & AP areas alongside accounts assistants, providing support as needed.
  9. Liaising with bankers on banking matters.
  10. Coordinating with auditors and tax agents for annual audits and tax matters.
  11. Collaborating with the company secretary for statutory filings.
  12. Handling ad-hoc assignments as required.

Minimum qualifications include LCCI/Diploma in Accounting or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance from a recognized institution or equivalent.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and working knowledge of computerized accounting systems is required.

Minimum 3-8 years of experience in handling full sets of accounts, receivables, and payables.

High integrity, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills are essential.

Good planning, prioritization, and multitasking abilities; ability to work independently and responsibly under pressure and tight deadlines.
