Role Overview:

The Finance ERP Transformation Process Senior Lead is an individual contributor responsible for supporting the global ERP transformation, ensuring effective implementation and realization of benefits.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the process squad/workstream to implement standard global end-to-end processes aligned with the SAP S/4HANA ERP migration.
  2. Complete all process deliverables on time, within scope, quality, and budget.
  3. Assist in managing change related to S/4HANA processes, workflows, and impacts on business and global finance teams.
  4. Identify impacts on global processes due to system integration or external dependencies outside S/4HANA.
  5. Collaborate with Business and Global Process Owners to ensure understanding and sustainability of end-to-end processes during the transition.
  6. Provide process support during the design and testing of the global financial template for S/4HANA Finance.
  7. Participate in retrospectives and incorporate lessons learned.
  8. Review proposed process exceptions, ensuring approvals are documented.
  9. Educate partners on 'to-be' S/4HANA Finance processes, including business-facing and global finance teams.
  10. Work with GBS Business Process Mining and Business Finance to validate process compliance and propose solutions for gaps.

Qualifications for Success:

Essential:

  • Degree in Finance or equivalent experience.
  • Experience supporting integrated solutions, including processes, data, roles, and systems.
  • Significant experience within a BP business (e.g., P&O, C&P, T&S).
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems (SAP, FBW) and analysis tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in process mapping and documentation.
  • Experience working with global teams.

Desirable:

  • Exposure to global operations.
  • Strong SAP or BP ERP finance experience.
  • Knowledge of key finance processes.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Azure DevOps).
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
