Job description

Business Analyst, Lending Analytics & Campaign Management

  1. Responsible for contributing subject matter expertise in data extraction, segmentation, and MIS reporting to support Business stakeholders in monitoring business momentum and tracking strategic initiatives for the Credit Card Portfolio.
  2. Provide communication listing and reporting to support ad-hoc operational compliance and operational proficiency matters.
  3. Work closely with Business and Sales Channels in campaign management—prepare pre-campaign analysis for planning, furnish leads for rollout, and fulfill campaigns. Track results to measure effectiveness, communicate learnings to stakeholders, and improve analytics based on campaign insights.
  4. Engage regularly with Business stakeholders to understand pain points and problem statements. Apply statistical and analytical skills to optimize business expansion opportunities supporting strategic initiatives and business scorecards related to acquisition, portfolio management, and retention.
  5. Participate in process improvement and technology enablement focusing on productivity and security. Perform user acceptance testing on data enrichment processes to ensure data completeness and accuracy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Applied Statistics, Banking & Finance, Economics, Science, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
  • Strong hands-on skills in analytical tools like SAS and SQL.
  • Solid experience in banking operations, MIS system management, and database marketing for at least 3-5 years.
  • Understanding of current banking and marketing trends.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, able to work under pressure.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in figures and processes.
