We are seeking Senior Electrical Engineer and Engineering Team Lead.

Experience in:
Electrical Systems, Batteries, UPS, Power System, Power Distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop technical solutions for complex projects independently.
• Handle technical clarifications and order placements with third-party suppliers.
• Ensure engineering milestones align with project schedules.
• Participate in project handover from Sales/Tendering to Project Management.
• Review customer specifications and identify special requirements.
• Support Project Managers in addressing technical customer comments.
• Design UPS configurations and detailed designs, including BOM.
• Prepare UPS BOMs using engineering tools and EPLAN.
• Create technical documents, PLC programs, and manuals.
• Prepare Change Instructions (CI).
• Support assembly and testing operations.
• Perform System Release Inspections.
• Assist in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
• Initiate modifications from FAT findings via CIs.
• Prepare and execute technical inspections (e.g., DNV, ABS).
• Train and support team members according to design guidelines.
• Support Sales/Tendering during the tender phase.

Key Requirements

Senior Design Engineer:

• Over 7 years of experience in the electrical industry.
• Over 4 years of experience in Electrical Systems, Batteries, UPS, Power System, Power Distribution.

Team Lead:

• Over 10 years of experience in the electrical industry.
• More than 5-6 years of leadership experience.

• Experience designing large and/or complex projects independently.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in IT, including Windows and MS Office.
• Experience preparing electrical drawings (EPLAN).
• Excellent UPS knowledge.
• Experience supporting regional and international clients.
