What you can expect from us:

1. Use your expertise to handle customer inquiries on technical topics, both written and via phone.
2. Serve as an internal and external contact for questions about our products.
3. Utilize computer systems to thoroughly review repair cost calculations, invoices, and damage reports.
4. Assess repair and painting methods for plausibility and causality.
5. Clarify open questions about the damage pattern through communication with internal and external partners.
6. Work in a team and actively share your knowledge with colleagues.

What we wish from you:

1. Qualification: Completed training in the automotive sector with professional experience; a master’s title is a plus.
2. Experience & Know-how: Knowledge of auto invoices, repair methods, vehicle technology, repair processes in workshops, and familiarity with electric vehicles.
3. Personality & Work Style: High service orientation, strong communication skills in writing and speaking, and enthusiasm to contribute to an ambitious team.
4. IT Skills: Proficiency in common calculation programs (DAT / Audatex / etc.) and experience with manufacturer systems (e.g., ELSA, BMW-Air, Mercedes Connect, Tesla Toolbox).
5. Language: Fluent German in spoken and written form.
