This role provides an opportunity to develop your skills and train to become a customer service professional working for a Fortune 500 company.

Job Highlights:

• Basic salary: RM3,000~RM3,300
• KPI allowance up to RM300
• Working hours: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day

Job Description:

• Collaborate with food delivery companies to oversee their partnerships
• Show empathy by listening attentively to customer needs and concerns; provide solutions based on SOPs to improve customer satisfaction
• Handle customer inquiries via live chats, emails, and phone calls
