The role requires you to be in charge of FP&A and Business Partnering while assisting the Finance Director.

Job Responsibilities

1. Provide detailed analysis of current and past trends in financial and operational KPIs.
2. Monitor performance indicators, highlight trends, and analyze causes of variances.
3. Collaborate closely with leadership to formulate medium to long-term financial and strategic plans.
4. Manage the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, coordinating inputs from stakeholders and budget owners.
5. Develop budget and forecast models to project long-term growth and identify influencing business factors.
6. Prepare ad hoc analyses of complex financial and non-financial information to support management decision-making.
7. Work directly with Sales & Marketing Managers to report and analyze sales and COGS data, identifying issues and opportunities.
8. Conduct deep-dive sales analyses, including productivity by customer/product, providing challenge and insights to leadership and marketing teams.
9. Formulate strategies with stakeholders, weighing options and influencing decisions for optimal ROI.
10. Support decision-making through scenario modeling based on comprehensive business understanding.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent, with professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, MICPA).
• Experience of 5-8 years in related roles; Big 4 auditors are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Dedicated, team-oriented, hardworking, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
