Design and implement cost-effective procurement strategies for supplies.

Regularly introduce new menu items and improve service quality to boost revenue.

Optimize operational efficiency by reducing average costs.

2. Vehicle Management

Ensure timely updates for vehicle licenses and installation of GPS/dash cameras.

Coordinate transportation schedules for guests, employees, and warehouse needs.

Develop partnerships with reliable third-party drivers, securing competitive vendor rates.

3. Accommodation Management

Arrange accommodations for workers, guests, and VIPs (hostels and hotels).

Provide hygiene kits for dormitory residents and oversee room cleaning/check-out processes.

4. Office Management

Procure and manage administrative supplies.

Plan and organize events (afternoon tea sessions, annual meetings, celebrations, trips).

Build and maintain relationships with top suppliers while implementing office improvements.

5. Security Management

Develop and oversee security staff schedules.

Establish and train an in-house security team to replace outsourced services, ensuring efficient operations.

6. Guest and Customer Coordination

Host and coordinate visits for guests, ensuring seamless communication and hospitality.

Manage schedules, travel logistics, and arrangements for customer visits.

7. Ad-hoc Duties

Assist with other tasks as assigned by management.
