A leading company in IT distribution seeks a Sales and Marketing professional to manage product portfolios and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in the sales of PC components and a strong customer-oriented approach. This role involves developing marketing strategies, managing key accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Managing a portfolio of products to ensure their performance meets the assigned goals.
Liaise closely with vendors to develop marketing, promotional strategies, plans, and programs to increase market share.
Responsible for product planning, forecasting, and inventory management.
Identify and develop new market and business opportunities.
Generate new sales leads and manage key accounts.
Plan, develop, and execute marketing plans for assigned brands to achieve sales objectives.
Create and maintain strong working relationships with principals and dealers.
Service existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty, with the aim of growing sales.
Conduct seminars, product training, and quarterly business reviews; participate in roadshows and events.
Prepare business proposals, inventory reports, and sales reports.
Work closely with sales teams.
Job Requirements:
Experience in sales and marketing of PC components, storage, or memory products for the Malaysia market.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
At least 3 years of experience in the IT distribution field. Knowledge of surveillance or security CCTV is an advantage.
An aggressive, highly responsible, trustworthy, result-oriented, independent, and enthusiastic sales promoter.
Strong team player and customer-oriented.
Good in costing calculations.
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Proficient in Mandarin for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Own transportation is required.
