Responsibilities
- Carry out assigned work according to Reliability Centred Maintenance (Unscheduled / Schedule / Condition Based Maintenance) and Sustainability Program including other disciplines when required.
- Carry out maintenance for specialized / complex equipment according to Reliability Centred Maintenance (Unscheduled / Schedule / Condition Based Maintenance) especially on assets or facility systems that require expertise
- Perform preventive and routine maintenance activities as well as record log sheet / keyed in all data in Engineering Operation Data (EOD) module of Asset and Services Information System (ASIS).
- Request order of goods in accordance with Service Work (SW) / Service Request (SR) requirements, monitor progress of works done by the vendors and verify invoices for the payment process for the work done by vendors.
- Attend and verify Testing & Commissioning as well as assist the Asset / Project Registration process for new assets / projects as per requirements.
- Assist and provide technical feedback of maintenance work requiring vendor expertise to superior and monitor the work.
- Schedule and conduct housekeeping of Plant Room, workshop and maintenance equipment is in good condition and safe according to the work safety act.
- Gather data for preparation of technical reports that are to be submitted to MoH as per Concession Agreement.
- Ensure all activities comply with Quality, Safety, Health and environment activities (Quality Assurance Program, Risk Management, Hazard Alert and Recall, Handling Hazardous Equipment) as per contract agreement. Support company programmes and activities such as related to HSSE and LEAN e.g. tool box session at agreed frequency set by management
- Support stakeholder management (external - Contractor Performance Assessment and Customer Satisfaction Survey, internal – headquarters, vendor etc.) effectively by providing excellent services to maintain good relationship and achieve high customer satisfaction level as per Key Performance Indicator (KPI) set by Company and Ministry of Health.
Job Requirements
- Post Graduate Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 1 - 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Independent and adept at working in groups, with the ability to interact with all levels of personnel.
