The New Business Marketing Associate supports the expansion of Enviros Survey & Consultancy by identifying high potential clients and partnership opportunities within the oil & gas, renewable energy, and infrastructure sectors. This role is responsible for market intelligence gathering, strategic outreach, and relationship-building with key industry players, including operators, EPC contractors, and service partners.

Reporting to the New Business Marketing Manager and working closely with the Chief Executive Officer, the position offers direct exposure to high-level business development and cross-border commercial strategies. It presents a unique opportunity for fast-tracked professional growth, providing real-world experience in business scaling, stakeholder management, and contributing to the company’s next phase of expansion.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Market Research & Analysis
  2. Conduct in-depth market research and analysis on industry trends, client landscapes, and key competitors to uncover emerging business opportunities, potential clients, and strategic partners within the oil & gas, renewable energy, and infrastructure sectors.

    Identify and maintain an active list of key decision-makers across operators, EPC firms, and service providers. Initiate and manage outreach efforts through LinkedIn, email, calls, industry events, and other relevant channels to establish connections and explore collaboration opportunities.

    Manage the vendor registration process with potential clients, particularly those based outside Southeast Asia. This includes preparing and submitting company documentation, completing compliance requirements, and ensuring Enviros is listed on clients’ vendor databases to qualify for tender invitations and partnership opportunities.

    Build and manage a structured pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring timely follow-ups, tracking engagement progress, and supporting conversion strategies.

  2. Assist the reporting manager in preparing business proposals, pitch decks, and strategic materials that support initiatives led by the Chief Executive Officer.

  1. Executive Coordination
  2. Support the reporting manager in coordinating business operations, high-level meetings, cross-functional initiatives, and stakeholder engagement in alignment with the Chief Executive Officer’s direction.

  1. Ad-Hoc Project Support
  2. Contribute to ad-hoc initiatives and special projects assigned by the reporting manager, particularly those that align with the company’s strategic business expansion and commercial growth.

JOB SPECIFICATION

  1. Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Experiences: 1 year of relevant experience in business development, marketing, or sales. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in business development or relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
  3. Knowledge: Basic understanding of business development processes, marketing fundamentals, and lead generation strategies. Familiarity with CRM tools and digital outreach platforms is an advantage.
  4. Qualities: Proactive, adaptable, resourceful, eager to learn. Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  5. Skills: - Strong written and verbal communication, good research and analytical skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
    - Ability to communicate in Mandarin (written and spoken) is a plus.
