Job Summary

This role will work with the ASEAN Supply Chain team to achieve operational excellence for the function. Responsibilities include driving process improvements across ASEAN countries, aligning goals within the supply chain, and supporting regional initiatives and projects. The role requires close collaboration with ASEAN country teams to support the delivery of business objectives and supply chain metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Partner with project teams to define business and process requirements for new systems or enhancements.
  2. Support the development and implementation of process improvement strategies to meet business goals.
  3. Assist country teams in planning and executing process improvement projects.
  4. Monitor process performance and key supply chain metrics.
  5. Work with supply chain leadership to define short-term and long-term objectives.
  6. Support project prioritization at the ASEAN level.
  7. Drive goal alignment within the ASEAN supply chain team.
  8. Ensure operational activities comply with regulatory, quality, and financial policies.
  9. Foster team dynamics and collaboration among functions to achieve business results.

Requirements

  1. 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in FMCG, medical equipment, or pharmaceuticals.
  2. Performance-oriented, analytical, and detail-minded.
  3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across all levels.
  4. Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  5. Ability to solve problems independently and work collaboratively across geographies.
  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
