Motivate and coach frontline staff to meet outlet performance objectives.

Requirements

  • Possess minimum STPM/Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Matured, self-starter, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Fluency in Mandarin preferred, as this role involves dealing with Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • Own transport and willingness to travel outstation.
  • Able to multi-task and work independently.
