What you'll do:

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, your primary responsibility will be shaping the future workforce of our client's organisation. • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial requisition to successful onboarding.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality, diverse talent.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to deeply understand business needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.
• Ensure a world-class candidate experience by managing expectations, providing feedback, and ensuring a positive recruitment journey.
• Represent the company's culture, values, and career opportunities in a compelling way to prospective candidates.
• Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to continuously improve the recruitment process.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with internal policies, employment laws, and ethical standards.
