We're Hiring: Admin & Advertising Operations Executive

Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional looking for a dynamic role in a growing company?

We are seeking an Admin & Advertising Operations Executive to join our team! If you have excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage office communications, including answering phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  2. Maintain office supplies, equipment, and oversee office maintenance.
  3. Assist in HR functions, including new hire onboarding, maintaining employee records, and monitoring employee attendance and leave records.
  4. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  5. Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
  6. Monitor paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
  7. Evaluate campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports.
  8. Collaborate with sales and account servicing teams to resolve ad operation issues.
Requirements:
  1. Diploma or Degree in any related field.
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience in office administration, preferably in a sizable organization.
  3. Basic understanding of digital marketing or paid advertising campaigns is an added advantage. (Training will be provided if you have no prior experience!)
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  5. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  6. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
