Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
● Lead the regional recruitment strategy, partnering with hiring managers to
identify staffing needs and develop talent acquisition plans.
● Collaborate with local HR teams to drive recruitment efforts, ensuring the
timely and efficient hiring of qualified candidates.
● Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate
sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
● Implement best practices for diversity and inclusion in hiring processes.
● Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and
job boards.
● Analyse recruitment metrics and recommend improvements for efficient and
effective hiring.
2. Industrial Relations/Employee Relations (IR/ER):
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with employee representatives and
unions (if applicable).
● Handle employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions,
and conflict resolution.
● Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations relevant to the region.
● Collaborate with legal teams when necessary to address complex
labor-related matters.
● Provide guidance on employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and

● Lead the development and implementation of ESG strategies and programs
within the region.
● Monitor and report on ESG performance, identifying areas for improvement.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability practices
into business operations.
● Stay informed about ESG trends and regulations applicable to the industry
and region.
4. Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Implementation:
● Drive the adoption of RBA standards and principles throughout the regional
supply chain.
● Conduct assessments and audits to ensure supplier compliance with RBA
standards.
● Collaborate with suppliers to address non-compliance issues and drive
● Participate in RBA-related initiatives and working groups.
5. HR Operations and Compliance:
● Oversee HR operations and benefits administration.
● Ensure compliance with local and regional labor laws and regulations.
● Implement and update HR policies and procedures as necessary.
● Stay informed about HR trends and best practices.
6. Data Analysis and Reporting:
● Analyse HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and

Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a focus on recruitment,
IR/ER, ESG, and RBA implementation.
● 10 years of progressive HR experience, with minimum 5 years in a managerial or
leadership role.
● In-depth knowledge of local and regional labour laws and regulations.
● Strong understanding of ESG principles and sustainability practices.
● Experience in conducting supplier audits and managing supplier relationships
is a plus.
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
● Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
● Ability to work effectively in a diverse and multicultural environment.
● Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
