About the role

Sachaway Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Design and Creative Designer to join our dynamic team in Shah Alam, Selangor. As a full-time team member, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity and brand experience of our company. This position offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of creative projects, leveraging your expertise in graphic design.

What you'll be doing

1. Conceptualize and design packaging solutions: create packaging designs that are visually appealing, functional, and practical
2. Design and develop product leaflets, banners, marketing materials, and other visual presentations
3. Design and maintain social media content: Facebook, company website, etc.
4. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices to ensure our brand's visual identity remains fresh and appealing
5. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders
6. Provide creative input and design recommendations to enhance the overall brand experience
7. Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to refine and iterate on projects
8. Maintain a strong portfolio of your work to showcase your skills and creativity

What we're looking for

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Art/Graphic/Web/Creative Multimedia, or equivalent. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
2. Basic printing knowledge or relevant work experience is required
3. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), along with expertise in photo editing and other design software
4. Excellent eye for detail, colour, typography, and layout
5. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and take direction from stakeholders
6. Ability to work independently and produce high-quality work with minimal supervision
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to deliver innovative design solutions
8. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts
9. A keen interest in staying informed about industry trends and best practices
10. Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
