Provide nutritional consultation and product recommendations to customers.

Promote awareness on healthy diet and lifestyle through nutritional advice.

Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.

Stay up-to-date with new products, market trends, and competitors' offerings.

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management.

Collaborate with product development teams to develop supplement products that meet customer needs.

Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to align product development projects.

Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via in-person visits, social media, calls, and emails.

Monitor and analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market trends.

Identify and meet potential customers to prospect for new business.

Act as a liaison between the company and its markets.

Negotiate terms and close sales.

Gather market and customer information.

Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.

Negotiate on price, costs, delivery, and specifications with clients.

Advise on product developments and discuss promotions.

Check stock quantities.

Participate in strategic planning activities related to company direction.

Record sales and order information and report to the CEO.

Review sales performance and aim to meet or exceed targets.

Provide feedback on future buying trends.

Lead development of product training programs for internal teams and customers.

Share best practices with colleagues.

Work closely with the marketing department.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy, Nutrition & Dietetics, Food Technology, Food Science, Biochemistry, Nutrition, Biomedicine, or related fields.

At least 3 years of experience in the Health Supplement / Skin Care industry.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into plans.

Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective liaising with cross-functional teams.

Languages required: English, Mandarin, and Bahasa.

Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing in Mandarin is an advantage.

Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, with strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Own transport and willingness to travel occasionally.
