Position Title: Indoor Sales Coordinator (Domestic Sales)

Job Description:

Assist superior for day-to-day sales administration related works such as:

1. Process customers’ orders (Issue Order Processing Sheet, OPS)
2. Prepare Delivery Orders, Invoices, Quotations, Gate Pass
3. Prepare Order Search Report
4. Make transport arrangement for delivery to customers
5. Perform outgoing finished goods inspection against DO
6. Monitor production progress against customers’ delivery due date
7. Filing
8. Receive customer’s enquiries
9. Carry out any other duties as instructed by superiors
10. Responsible for all indoor sales activities during the absence of immediate superior

Salary: 2500~3300 (MYR)

Requirements:

1. Having two years of similar working experience in the manufacturing industry (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
2. Written Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia
3. Spoken Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage)
