About the job Urgent Hiring | Mandarin Sales Executive | Penang

Job Summary:

The Sales Executive will work closely with the Assistant Sales Manager/Sales Manager to support all aspects of marketing and sales within the division. This role involves meeting monthly sales targets, driving revenue growth through acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships, ensuring timely collections, and coordinating market research and competitor analysis activities. The Sales Executive will also undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by Management.

Basic Salary: RM3500-RM5500

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly individual sales targets set by the company.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to increase revenue by securing sales from new and existing clients.
  • Ensure timely collections of payments from clients to maintain healthy cash flow.
  • Coordinate market research initiatives to gather insights into customer and market trends.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for the company.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Support the Assistant Sales Manager/Sales Manager in various tasks and projects as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a Manufacturing industry, ie: paint/ink/coating/adhesives
  • Having a sales-driven/goal-oriented personality and motivated to drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and client engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidate must not have color blind deficiency.
  • Required candidate to be able to speak, read and write in Mandarin-Chinese & English.
