Job Description

• Liaise with Marketing and Design teams to ensure deadlines are met;
• Stay up to date on industry trends and development tools;
• Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery;
• Collaborate with team members on all creative and design needs, including print designs (flyers, banners, buntings, etc.), digital designs (web banners, social media posts, EDM, etc.), infographics, presentation decks, branding applications, and creative ideation and conceptualization;
• Work with copywriters and team members to develop concepts and ensure the final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and effectively promote products/services;
• Assist team members in design work when required;
• Review junior designers’ work to ensure high quality;
• Refine images, fonts, and layouts using graphic design software;
• Apply typography techniques;
• Create and deliver motion graphics for various media;
• Enhance user-friendliness in digital products;
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing projects.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent;
• At least 3 years of related working experience;
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects; proficiency in other creative disciplines or software is an advantage;
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional creative designs and thinking;
• Experience in creating proposals, pitches, and presentation materials;
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details;
• Good communication skills, flexibility, and out-of-the-box thinking;
• Ability to work independently with minimal technical guidance;
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure and tight deadlines;
• Agency experience is an advantage.
