Job Description:
We are seeking a responsible and organised individual to manage day-to-day administrative tasks at our law firm. The ideal candidate will also have basic accounting knowledge to assist with invoicing and expense tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
General office administration and file management
Scheduling meetings and managing correspondence
Assisting with filing of court documents, land office submissions, and stamping
Assisting with billing, invoicing, and payment tracking
Assisting with stamping and filing of documents
Supporting lawyers with clerical and document-related tasks
Qualifications and Requirements:
Prior experience in a law firm or legal admin work is an advantage
Familiar with court, land office, and stamping procedures
Basic knowledge of invoicing and record-keeping
Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work independently
