About the Role

The Fraud Analyst will focus on fraud-related responsibilities, including chargeback investigations, reporting, and account monitoring. The role involves collaboration with Data Science, Risk, and Customer Care teams to monitor activities and identify trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Review fraud queues, including ACH transfers, authorization proofs, and required bank reports
• Monitor customer activity for fraud, identify trends, and communicate findings effectively
• Investigate chargeback disputes and assess claim validity
• Verify customer documents to confirm account legitimacy
• Maintain positive customer experiences by making quality decisions within SLAs
• Ensure quality assurance and productivity standards are met
• Collaborate with Customer Care on fraud inquiries and investigations
• Identify areas for tool enhancements and process improvements
• Perform additional operational tasks as needed

About You

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields preferred; equivalent experience considered
• At least 1 year in fraud investigation or disputes review; banking experience a plus
• Proficient in SQL and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding goals
• Experience collaborating with Customer Service or third-party vendors is a plus
