Job description

Senior Executive, Credit Systems Support

Work collaboratively with IT, business partners, and vendors to support and enhance financial applications effectively and efficiently.

Provide technical guidance and support to users on application functionalities and workflows.

Perform first-level impact assessments and evaluate the feasibility of change requests.

Configure and maintain application parameters, workflows, and decisioning rules.

Follow up closely with vendors and system providers to resolve issues and provide solutions.

Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with business users and conduct UAT on fixes and change requests.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in application processes.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in application support, loan processing, or financial systems support. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-starter, good communication skills, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to assist users, troubleshoot, and resolve application errors or workflow issues.
  • Ability to manage fixes, change requests, and vendor interactions simultaneously.
  • Experience in SQL, credit, or collection systems is an advantage.
