Customer Service Representative

Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor (Open to candidates willing to relocate)

Probation Period: 3 months

Probation Salary: RM 4,000

Confirmation Salary: RM 5,000

Candidates who are willing to relocate to Subang Jaya, Selangor and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service across various platforms are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Interaction:
    • Engage with customers via channels such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and live chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product/service information.
    • Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.
    • Investigate and analyze customer concerns, providing timely and accurate solutions.
    • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.
  2. Product Knowledge:
    • Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products/services to assist customers effectively.
    • Stay updated on product changes, updates, and promotions.
  3. Reporting:
    • Document customer interactions and issues.
    • Generate reports on common customer concerns to contribute to continuous improvement.
  4. Communication:
    • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, ensuring a consistent and positive brand image.
    • Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve overall customer support.
    • Gather customer feedback and communicate it constructively to relevant teams for process improvements.
  5. Compliance:
    • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards during customer interactions.
    • Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  6. Performance Metrics:
    • Meet or exceed response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
    • Strive for continuous improvement in key performance indicators.

Requirements:
