We are currently looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Manager (all genders) based in Berlin or working remotely in Germany. Your mission with us: To help bring Lingoda to the next level by attracting, recruiting, and enabling key talent across the globe!

You will achieve this by

  1. Expanding your knowledge by owning end-to-end recruitment process across all of Lingoda’s verticals, enjoying challenges and gaining insights into new business areas
  2. Using your know-how and empathy to improve our Employer Brand and ensure everyone who interacts with Lingoda has an amazing experience
  3. Being a valued business consultant to our stakeholders, working closely with HR Business partners, understanding their role needs, and recommending best interview practices
  4. Empowering our people to grow by creating and presenting training sessions to improve interview techniques and overall talent acquisition understanding
  5. Challenging the status quo—continuously seeking process improvements in interview methods and techniques
  6. Bringing creativity to attract candidates effectively to Lingoda!

You bring to Lingoda

  1. 1-2 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition within the German market
  2. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  3. Broad experience recruiting for business & technology roles, preferably up to Head level
  4. Good understanding of interviewing methods, adaptable to different roles
  5. People-centric mentality—able to adapt to a dynamic, diverse environment while maintaining stakeholder and candidate satisfaction
  6. Ability to work autonomously within a team working towards common goals
  7. Strong communication and organizational skills
  8. Fluency in both German and English (C1 level), written and verbal, for conducting interviews in both languages
