Job description

Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes and equipment to ensure both efficiency and quality meet targets set by management.

Ensure that the processes and equipment for each product fulfill customer requirements.

Jointly develop, with the requisite quality engineer, protocols, procedures, and reports for quality improvement.

Verify that each process, from raw materials to end product, complies with set procedures.

Lead the production team in problem-solving and implement quality checking methods to enhance quality awareness, prevent over-killing issues, escape of defective products, and improve sensitivity to quality during the first build.

Oversee processes to maintain optimal production line performance and eliminate 'non-value-added' processes.
