Job description

We are looking for a self-motivated SOLUTIONS SPECIALIST, with a result-driven approach, to assume a challenging position at YOUFactors / SafeStart Europe.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-facing, sales, customer success, and/or business development role. He/she must be an individual with experience in both sales and implementation, and possess strong problem-solving abilities. The candidate should be adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment and capable of performing well both independently and as part of a team.

This role requires proficiency in speaking German and French (one as a mother tongue and the other at a bilingual level), as well as fluency in English.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This position reports jointly to the Global Manager of Customer Success and the Regional Sales Director in Europe. The goal is to achieve regional sales revenue and engagement targets by driving and managing business development activities (50%) as well as implementing and supporting customer success activities (50%).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Solutions Sales & Business Development :

  • Identify potential clients and business development opportunities in target markets.
  • Qualify leads and opportunities referred by BDMs or Consultants and determine the appropriate sales process.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, lead negotiations, manage service agreements, and close deals with prospective clients.
  • Engage clients to identify their needs and demonstrate suitable solutions through conference calls and online demos.
  • Coordinate progress and concerns among all sales stakeholders – BDM, Sales Manager, CSC, and Technology Team.
  • Enforce workflow processes and proper sales procedures.
  • Manage and report on YOUFactors pipeline.
  • Monitor expiring contracts and help ensure successful renewals.
  • Drive and promote YOUFactors activities within the region – webinars, project follow-ups, forums, workshops, marketing campaigns, etc.
  • Attend and participate in YOUFactors CSC and regional sales meetings and training sessions.

Customer Success & Support :

  • Guide clients through technical implementations from start to finish, ensuring YOUFactors is configured to support client requirements.
  • Facilitate onboarding and customer success workshops, both virtually and face-to-face.
  • Proactively monitor customer interactions to ensure optimal usage and adoption.
  • Assist clients with technical issues, from initial troubleshooting to escalation to internal teams, and facilitate VOC gathering.

Product Strategy & Process Improvement :

  • Assist in developing YOUFactors' business strategy.
  • Help improve end-to-end sales and implementation processes.
  • Support translation and proofreading of product features, support, and implementation documents.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Native German speaker and bilingual in French, with business-level English. Additional European languages are a plus.
  • 5-7 years’ experience in client-facing/business development roles in SaaS.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in customer success, technical support, SaaS implementation, or project management.
  • Proven outbound sales experience, preferably in software or technology sectors.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in digital marketing is advantageous.
