Job description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales & Marketing Representative to handle project-based sales of door, digital lock, and mechanical lock. You’ll work closely with developers, architects, contractors, and consultants in the construction industry to specify and supply security and door hardware solutions for commercial and residential developments.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Handle sales activities related to construction projects
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and architects
  3. Prepare project quotations, tender documents, and technical proposals
  4. Conduct product presentations and site visits
  5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery
  6. Track and follow up on leads, tenders, and project pipelines
  7. Stay updated on construction industry trends and project opportunities
Job Requirements
  1. Possess own transport
  2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales of door, digital lock, or mechanical lock products, especially in construction/project environments
  3. Strong network or experience dealing with contractors, site engineers, or consultants is highly preferred
  4. Good understanding of project sales cycles and tender processes
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  6. Able to work independently and manage multiple projects
  7. Basic Salary: RM3,000 – RM6,000 (Based on experience)
  8. Travel allowance & mileage claims
  9. Product training & technical support provided
