Accounts & HR Executive – Eagle Digital Sdn Bhd
Location: Ampang | Working Hours: 9AM – 7PM (1-hour break)
Salary: RM5,000 – RM6,000 (Based on Experience)
Working days : 5.5 days
Eagle Digital Sdn Bhd is a growing creative agency with multiple businesses across Malaysia and Singapore. We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts & HR Executive to manage daily finance operations and handle HR functions across multiple companies within our group. This is a critical role that supports smooth operations, compliance, and team coordination across borders.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance:
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Perform daily bookkeeping and ensure timely, accurate data entry
• Monitor cash flow, expense tracking, and petty cash claims
• Reconcile bank and vendor statements
• Ensure full compliance with SST, E-Invoice, Income Tax, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, vendors, and government authorities
• Assist in monthly closing, financial reporting, and audit preparation
• Coordinate finance matters with Singapore HQ and intercompany documentation
Human Resources (for Multiple Companies):
• Handle all statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) for several business entities
• Maintain employee records, contracts, HR files, and payroll data
• Support hiring, onboarding, and offboarding for multiple teams
• Manage attendance, leave tracking, and staff benefits
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and company policies
• Liaise with Singapore office on cross-border HR matters
• Assist with employee communications, claims, and HR initiatives
General Admin:
• Support office operations, renewals of business licenses, insurance tracking, and documentation
• Ensure organized filing systems for HR and finance
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management or directors

Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, HR, or Business Administration
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting and HR functions
• Solid understanding of Malaysian statutory and labour regulations
• Able to manage HR/finance tasks for multiple business entities
• Highly organized, proactive, and independent
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with cross-border teams
