Job Responsibilities
The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for, but not limited to:
- On-site vehicle scheduling and arrangement at the gateway sorting center.
- Coordinating with the regional driver team.
- Real-time monitoring of regional trucks.
- Timely handling of abnormal vehicle situations and reporting to relevant units or departments.
- Communicating with gateway staff for smooth operations.
- Managing JMS Task Orders and vehicle seal checking.
- Ensuring all vehicles depart and arrive on time.
- Preparing daily reports.
- Performing ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
- Educational background in Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant fields.
- Possession of at least a Degree.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (Morning/Night).
