Senior Manager, Enterprise (IT Operations)

Plan, develop, and direct the implementation of operational policies and procedures for Enterprise Operations Systems and Desktop Support to achieve operational efficiency and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Daily Operations

• Lead and supervise the Enterprise Operation team to address and resolve all reported problems promptly.
• Perform daily operations to ensure smooth functioning and high availability in accordance with SLAs.
• Maintain high availability and trouble-free operations of Bursa’s Enterprise Application and System services.
• Review vendor performance and make relevant recommendations to ensure compliance with SLAs on maintenance, installation, and support.
• Manage all business and operational requirements with internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform impact analysis on requirements to determine necessary changes and present options to stakeholders.
• Manage incidents and problems effectively, communicating updates to stakeholders.

Change Management

• Plan for non-functional testing, rectification, and deployment of enhancements into production.
• Review communication plans and activities related to testing.
• Coordinate system mock-runs and project testing to ensure smooth implementation.

Project Implementation Management

• Review operational and technical requirements for support.
• Plan implementation, setup, and testing of enterprise systems before production.
• Develop non-functional test plans and SOPs for technical acceptance.
