Job description

  • Perform daily accounting operations including consolidating receivables, verifying and processing invoices and payments, and reconciling statements of accounts.
  • Verify and process invoices and accounts payables in the system; reconcile supplier statements of accounts.
  • Handle bank-related transactions, including monitoring bank balances and preparing remittances via online and/or cheque payments to suppliers.
  • Perform month-end closing and manage a full set of accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain organized documentation and filing of records to support all accounting entries.
  • Ensure timeliness and accuracy of financial data entries into the accounting system, complying with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Carry out ad-hoc accounting projects or assignments as needed.
  • Support new and existing team members through proper knowledge transfer, conduct training, and share resources, knowledge, and experience.
  • Work closely with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and other relevant parties.

Job requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience handling company accounts, preferably in property development or relevant fields.
  • Meticulousness and accuracy are essential.
