Job description

We are seeking a Purchasing Executive with 0-2 years of experience to join our team for our furniture manufacturing operations. You will play a key role in sourcing quality materials, managing vendor relationships, and coordinating logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow in procurement and supply chain.

Responsibilities:
  1. Source and procure materials such as hardware, fabrics, etc.
  2. Maintain and expand relationships with existing vendors while identifying new reliable sources for cost and quality improvement.
  3. Monitor and track shipments, liaise with forwarders, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time inventory replenishment.
  4. Ensure compliance with import regulations, including documentation, customs requirements, and certifications.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. A minimum of SPM qualification or a diploma/degree in supply chain, business, or a related field.
  2. Must be able to fluently speak Mandarin.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and supply chain software.
  4. Able to work independently and manage tasks under deadlines.
  5. Willingness to learn.
