Job description

As the driver of the company's vehicle, you will be responsible for ensuring safe and timely travel as directed.

Responsibilities:
  1. Safely drive passengers to destinations assigned by the employer.
  2. Interact with passengers in a professional manner.
  3. Be familiar with area nuances, such as back roads and traffic patterns.
  4. Lift heavy items, e.g., luggage up to 30kg, and bend and twist as necessary.
  5. Adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
  6. Maintain the vehicle's condition and cleanliness, and be responsible for vehicle maintenance.
  7. Assist the Head of Department with administrative tasks.
  8. Update reports on vehicle maintenance and movement regularly.
  9. Set up and dismantle event equipment as part of the setup crew.
  10. Standby to become part of the event crew and perform operational duties as required.
Requirements:
  1. GDL License.
  2. At least secondary school level education.
  3. Valid driving license with a clean driving record; no criminal convictions.
  4. Experience in driving, including long-distance driving.
  5. Familiarity with routes within Klang and ability to use GPS navigation devices.
  6. Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred for communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
