About the Job

• Lead the user experience design process from concept to implementation, creating engaging digital experiences for banking apps and online banking platforms.
• Develop UX designs including customer journey mapping, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs that visualize requirements effectively.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver user-centric digital solutions aligned with business goals.
• Participate in user research and ideation sessions, communicating insights and design rationale clearly to stakeholders.
• Promote user-centered design principles and stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep digital experiences competitive.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio.
