Job description

Job Description:

1. To supervise and monitor closely the subcon site work, to ensure their work performed in quality and to deliver timely in line with project milestone;
2. To prepare the daily site report to the supervisor and team;
3. To communicate and liaise with correct message to the client, main con, subcon;
4. Checking and do inspection on the installation work, to ensure work compliance to the requirement;
5. Attend regular site meeting and update the work progress;
6. Assisting on materials receiving, site logistic and machinery planning;
7. Record site activities, inventory movement, manpower attendance;
8. Possess positive attitude, tendency to solve the site problem, responsive, can work under pressure;
9. Lead the project drafting work;
10. Complete the task assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in electrical firm;
2. Ability to work on rooftops and heights;
3. Willing to travel regularly including at nights;
4. Proven ability to communicate well in written and verbal communications;
5. Design thinking for product inventions and enhancements;
6. Motivation and commitment to providing interpersonal customer service;
7. Knowing and applying current industry standards and information;
8. Soft skill required: integrity, self-awareness, independent, can work under pressure;
9. The ability to solve problems creatively on time;
10. Having up-to-date knowledge and technical skills.
