Overview - About Product Delivery
Product Delivery (PD) enables Customer Delivery across Asia Pacific by providing expertise, training, and solutions to foster innovation and ensure successful deployment of Mastercard products. The team supports large-scale implementations, addresses uncertainties, and standardizes processes for scalability.

The Product Delivery Project Team
This technical team oversees and supports the deployment of Mastercard products, including API integrations, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure readiness for market rollout.

The Role

Project Management:

• Lead and manage First-In-Market (FIM) projects, including market discovery and documentation for scaling.
• Act as the primary interface with customers, coordinating project activities.
• Conduct workshops to walkthrough project approaches, risks, and requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans with workstreams and milestones.
• Track project progress, risks, and issues using tools like Gantt charts and risk matrices.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Manage issues and escalations efficiently, providing technical support when needed.

Cross-functional Team Interaction:

• Work with teams across Asia Pacific and sometimes with Mastercard Global teams.
• Support customers across different time zones, requiring flexibility and effective communication tools.

Collaborative Problem-solving:

• Identify and resolve delivery pain points during product pilots.
• Seek continuous improvements in efficiency and controls.

All About You

• Certification and Experience: PMP or equivalent, 3-5 years in technical project management, experience with waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Understanding of Payments Domain: Knowledge of traditional and emerging payments.
• Passion for New Products: Eagerness to learn, evaluate, and roll out new products.
• Comfort with Ambiguity: Ability to navigate and clarify uncertainties.
• Independent Worker: Capable of working autonomously in a diverse, dispersed team.
• Excellent Communicator: Skilled in digital communication and collaboration.
• Multi-lingual: Languages in Asia are a plus.
• Willingness to Travel: Occasional business travel may be required.
