Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
Drive project schedules, set timelines, and coordinate with OEMs, Sales, R&D, QA, Planning, and Procurement.
Support new product development from spec confirmation to feedback handling and improvement proposals.
Manage product improvement projects while maintaining delivery continuity.
Prepare quotations and solutions aligned with client needs and company capabilities; assist in commercial negotiations.
Monitor and resolve project risks such as delays or quality concerns.
Maintain organized project documentation and records.
Conduct client follow-ups to strengthen relationships and gather feedback.
Collect market insights and competitor activities to support sales and innovation strategies.
Perform other assigned tasks related to projects and clients.
