Job Summary:
We’re looking for a driven and versatile Business Development & Marketing to help grow our brand presence and sales performance, particularly in the Malaysian market. If you have a passion for marketing, an eye for opportunity, and experience in e-commerce operations, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic business development initiatives to expand market presence and establish new partnerships
Lead and execute business development strategies specifically tailored for the Malaysian market
Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, influencer marketing, etc.)
Oversee daily operations of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, etc.), including product listings, pricing, and promotional activities
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, operations) to align marketing and sales initiatives
Monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI, and operational achievements through comprehensive KPI reports for management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, distributors, and influencers
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing promotion or digital marketing; e-commerce experience is highly preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in using marketing and sales tools and platforms
Energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required, with additional proficiency in Mandarin and Malay. "We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
