A leading company in packaging technology is seeking a Procurement Executive to manage purchasing activities and supplier relations. The role involves ensuring timely delivery of quality materials, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with various departments. Ideal candidates will possess a relevant degree and strong communication skills, particularly in Mandarin, to engage with suppliers from China.
1. Perform day-to-day purchasing activities.
2. Ensure that purchases are correctly invoiced, completed, and delivered in a timely manner while maintaining quality standards.
3. Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts and purchase orders to obtain the best price and value for money, and secure favorable terms.
4. Track and monitor raw materials according to purchase orders.
5. Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure optimal stock levels.
6. Distribute goods received from vendors to the respective departments.
7. Manage warehouse stock and inventory, conducting weekly and monthly stock counts.
8. Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance teams to align procurement activities with business needs.
9. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
