Job Responsibilities:

1. Identify potential new customers through market awareness and understanding.
2. Generate quotations for business development utilizing understanding of customers' development, project, or manufacturing requirements.
3. Follow up on sales leads to generate business opportunities.
4. Maintain and strengthen relationships with current and potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
5. Review and negotiate customer-specific pricing structure, terms, NDA, and supply agreements.
6. Resolve customer claims and complaints with Quality team support.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in STEM, Marketing, or equivalent.
2. Minimum 3 years experience in a mid-level sales position.
