A leading company in digital commerce seeks a Procurement Manager to oversee all procurement activities and logistics operations. The role involves sourcing, negotiation, and maintaining supplier relationships, ensuring efficient inventory management. Candidates should have strong Excel skills and experience in eCommerce or retail environments.
Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing of inventory.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy through timely restocking based on sales forecasts.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors; regularly assess their performance.
Supervise logistics and warehouse operations to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment and delivery.
Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining product and service quality.
Collaborate with the finance department on procurement budgeting, forecasting, and cost reporting.
Continuously evaluate and enhance operational processes, addressing bottlenecks and driving improvements.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other data analysis functions.
Experience in procurement and/or operations within an eCommerce or retail environment.
