About the role

We are seeking a highly talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team at ZIU Architect'. As a Senior Architect, you will play a crucial role in the design and delivery of innovative and sustainable architectural projects in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects and collaborate with a talented group of professionals.

What you'll be doing

1. Lead the design and development of complex architectural projects from concept to completion
2. Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver exceptional designs
3. Manage and mentor junior architects, ensuring high-quality work and professional development
4. Stay up-to-date with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and best practices
5. Ensure project deliverables meet all relevant building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards

What we're looking for

1. A minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience as an Architect
2. Proven track record of leading the design and delivery of complex architectural projects
3. Strong technical knowledge of architectural design, construction methods, and project management
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
5. Proficiency in using industry-standard design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and BIM tools
6. Passion for sustainable and innovative design solutions
7. Relevant architectural degree and professional qualifications
