Job Requirements
- Possess at least a Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Psychology, or related fields;
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales or business development;
- Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia/Mandarin;
- Experience promoting products/services to human resource managers/directors;
- Existing network of manufacturing/tech companies;
- Strong networking skills, outspoken, fast-paced, quick thinker, able to respond promptly to client requests;
- Proven consultative sales skills, including articulating clear ROI value propositions;
- Good communication and business presentation skills;
- Skilled in business contract negotiations and handling complaints/rejections;
- Own transport vehicle for travel.
The Mission You Will Take On – What You Will Do
- Understand business strategies and drive sales activities to achieve revenue and profit targets;
- Conduct market research and mapping to penetrate relevant markets aligned with company strategy;
- Expand and identify new sales leads and markets through channels like cold calling, email, social media, and networking events;
- Establish professional relationships with key decision makers in client companies in a competitive environment;
- Stay updated on market trends (competitors, new FDI) and discuss strategies with the department head;
- Maintain accurate client information in the RM system and leverage it to streamline sales processes;
- Attend business conferences, meetings, expos, and industry events as needed;
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for business pitches;
- Develop and customize quotes, proposals, and agreements to meet client needs and company requirements;
- Keep the department head informed through weekly and monthly reports.
