Key Responsibilities

1. Research and develop BIM initiatives and capabilities aligned with government bodies and market practices. Share processes, best practices, tools, and techniques of BIM.
2. Collaborate with project teams to resolve BIM-related technical issues and assist with BIM implementation.
3. Manage creation and maintenance of the master model, perform clash detection, and prepare reports to facilitate coordination.
4. Ensure BIM processes are constructible and free of clashes or discrepancies with design, specifications, and drawings.
5. Distribute clash reports and communicate conflicts to project teams.
6. Meet regularly with key project staff to update progress, document meeting minutes, and monitor issue resolution.
7. Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
8. Maintain high software competency through ongoing use and training, and assist project teams with BIM software implementation.
9. Lead and manage a team of BIM Coordinators and Modelers for successful project delivery.
10. Organize and lead technical coordination meetings and visual design reviews.
11. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
12. Comply with all quality, safety, health, and environmental policies related to the job.

Qualifications

Degree in a relevant discipline (C&S, Architecture, M&E, etc.)

Skills & Abilities

Proficient in BIM Execution Plan (BEP), Virtual Design Reviews (VDR), and BIM modeling in accordance with PAS1192 & BS1192 standards, as well as relevant project BIM standards.

Experience

2-3 years of experience in BIM modeling.
