Budget & Optimization Specialist

We seek an experienced and energetic candidate with a proven track record in developing and managing cost optimization programs and channel profitability dashboards, covering both financial and operational aspects. The role involves identifying opportunities, developing plans, coordinating actions across sales and regional teams, and monitoring progress to ensure strategic goals are met.

Responsibilities:
  1. Commercial Optimization Program
  • Drive business optimization initiatives leveraging cross-functional resources to enhance performance aligned with company strategies.
  • Lead development of a portfolio of optimization projects, demonstrating passion and building stakeholder confidence.
  • Establish, monitor, and follow up on an optimization dashboard tracking initiatives versus targets and addressing gaps.
  • Realistic Cost Estimation and Forecast
    • Coordinate forecasting, reporting, and management of costs.
    • Identify key drivers, risks, and gaps; propose mitigation strategies.
    • Prepare regular reports on costs, targets, and progress for management review.
  • Solid Financial Governance and Reporting
    • Enhance reporting capabilities to provide visibility on revenue, costs, and profitability.
    • Implement effective business management models from concept to post-implementation review.
    • Translate financial data into actionable insights for business improvement.
    Requirements:
    • Degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, or related field.
    • At least 5 years' experience in audit or business planning roles.
    • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling; tech-savviness is a plus.
    • Experience in telecommunications with KPI dashboard reporting knowledge preferred.
    • Proactive, agile, self-motivated with a positive attitude.
    • Strong analytical skills to interpret business drivers and develop initiatives.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality results in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication skills in English; experience engaging senior stakeholders and regional teams.
